The history of Venezuela dates back to 13,000 B.C. to 6,000 B.C. when the first Venezuelans were found coming from the East (Guyana), the South (Brazil), and the North (Antillas). The difference in their culture and religious backgrounds came from the different tribes. These tribes included hunters, fishermen, and farmers. Other tribes formed a more complex method of the agricultural system, such as those from the region of Andean.Another group, the Caribbean’s, were very hostile and skilled in combat and sailing. One land mark is Angel Falls, where the water drops over 1000meters. It is the tallest waterfall in the world and is a popular tourist attraction. Another popular location is the Los Roque’s Archipelago National Park. It contains 350 islands, with clear blue waters, and isfun to explore. Venezuela also contains remarkable sand dunes which can reach up to forty meters high. These dunes are located between Coro and the Paraguana Peninsula. The Orinoco Delta, a major water way that happens to be the longest river in Venezuela, stretches from the eastern side of the country to the Atlantic Ocean. This river is host to boat rides and dangerous marine life, such as piranha. Venezuela also contains Margarita Island. It itself is a double tourist destination, having two unique environments. The eastern part is famous for the clubs, the shopping, the big hotels, and the colonial towns and the beaches. The western part includes arid mountains as well as mangrove swamps and lagoons. The lagoons and swamps include interesting marine life such as seahorses and turtles. Next are the Las Llanos or â€Å"the plains†. They are grass and woodland plains that stretch from Columbia to Venezuela. They are visited for their anteaters, capybara, caiman, river dolphins, monkeys, anacondas and its very large diversity ofShow MoreRelatedAnalysis of Setting: the Scent of Apples by Bienvenido Santos1023 Words   |  5 PagesFabia’s time with his only link back home.
